PAYMENT AND PRICES

We accept payments by Visa, Eurocard, American Express and MasterCard. The full amount will be charged at the time of purchase (i.e. when you confirm your order).
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Any shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address.
Per Fumum Global Distibution Limited reserves the right to modify product prices at any time prior to purchase.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Orders are processed and fulfilled by or on behalf of Per Fumum Global Distribution Limited. Delivery may be carried out via third-party logistics providers, including facilities operated in Italy.
Additional duties and taxes may be applied by customs in the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Per Fumum Global Distibution Limited cannot determine these charges in advance.
Please note that certain products (excluding perfumes) shipped outside the EU may require additional processing time (up to 15 days) due to regulatory requirements.
We will deliver products in accordance with the delivery option selected. Estimated delivery times are 3–8 working days from order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and labels intact.
Returns must be sent back in accordance with the instructions provided by Per Fumum Global Distribution Limited.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Upon valid withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, including the standard cost of delivery (if applicable), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. Additional duties, taxes and non-standard delivery costs (such as express shipping) are non-refundable.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If an item is faulty or defective, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
