PAYMENT AND PRICES

We accept payments by Visa, Eurocard, American Express, MasterCard, PayU and PayPal. The full amount will be charged on the date of the purchase (i.e. when you confirm your purchase). All prices are including VAT and any shipping fees (when applicable) will be added while proceeding with your order confirmation based on the delivery address. Atelier Adamo reserves the right to modify the prices of products at any time prior notice.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Additional duties and taxes may be levied by customs in the destination country and will be the responsibility of the recipient. Atelier Adamo cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance.

PLEASE NOTE all orders for products, excluding perfume, for delivery outside of the EU may require up to 15 additional days for shipping, due to the use of exotic leathers. This is because countries outside of the EU region require a CITES certificate for import of these goods.

We will deliver the Products in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. We will endeavor to deliver all orders will be within 3-8 working days as from the day of the Contract, although these timings cannot be guaranteed.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Atelier Adamo Online Store. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. However, Atelier Adamo Online Store will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card or bank account. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery. Exchanges and returns can only be made as described in Atelier Adamo Online Store’s instructions.
